The wind farm area is located in the Pahkakoski exclave in the municipality of Ii, Northern Ostrobothnia. The wind farm consists of wind turbines with their foundations, underground cables connecting them, a substation, a 110 kV overhead power line required for grid connection, and service roads linking the turbines. Arctic Rebar Ltd has been selected as the reinforcement partner by KSBR (Keski-Suomen Betonirakenne Oy) for the Ilmatar Energy Ltd project.
